Art Crush: This Time for Africa… Mosaic Illustrations by Charis Tsevis

Happy Friday and Welcome to our First Installation of Art Crush !

Art Crush is a new blog series we've started to share our admiration for artists and their African inspired art. The work of these artists serve as a source of inspiration for our designs and collections. Starting today and every Friday, we will be on a quest to bring you artists whose work we admire. This is a "feel good post" so sit back and enjoy.

In search of new inspiration, we came across a write-up on Charis Tsevis, a visual artist from Greece and his artwork on African women. Below, you will find selected pieces of his mosaic illustrations. We are drawn to the boldness, color (oh yes color!) , and tone of each portrait. We see beauty and confidence when we look at each portrait. What do you see? Go ahead and share your thoughts by leaving a comment below. We hope you have an Eliephantastic weekend!
